2019——Acquired 67% of the interests in Hancai Expressway in Hubei, 100% of the interests in Han-e Expressway in Hubei and 90% of the interests in Daguangnan Expressway in Hubei;

Issued the Panda Bonds for the transport infrastructure of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the first of its kind within the year;

2018——Implemented the optimization of the management and control system;

2012——Acquired 100% of the interests in Weixu Expressway in Henan;

2011——Yuexiu Transport Co., Ltd. was officially renamed as Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Co., Ltd., marking a new start of development in the field of transport infrastructure;

Acquired 51% of the interests in Chishui Wharf, Yuexin, Guangxi, 10% of the remaining interests in Cangyu Expressway in Guangxi and 90% of the interests in Changzhu Expressway in Hunan;

2010——Yuexiu (China) Transport Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. was established to create a domestic platform for investment and asset operations;

        Optimized the structure of assets and completely withdrew from the operation of ordinary highways;

Acquired 90% of the interests in Han-Xiao Expressway in Hubei;

2009——Became one of the core industries under Yuexiu Group and the company began its leapfrog development;

Acquired 60% of the interests in Jinbao Expressway in Tianjin;

The government repurchased the right of management of the Second Xiangjiang River Bridge;

2008——Acquired 90% of the interests in Cangyu Expressway in Guangxi;

        Increased the shareholding in Humen Bridge to 27.78%;

2001——Increased the shareholding in Xilin Expressway in Shaanxi to 100%;

GNSR Expressway was opened to traffic;

1999——Acquired 75% of the interests in Second Xiangjiang River Bridge in Xiangtan, Hunan;

1998——Acquired 24.3% of the interests in North Ring Road as well as 51% of the interests in Xilin Expressway in Shaanxi and 15.6% of the interests in Qinglian Expressway;

1997——Went public in the main board of Hong Kong with assets from “Four Highways and One Bridge”(Guangcong Highway, Guangshan Highway, Guangshen Highway, Xinfeng Highway and Humen Bridge);

1996——The company was founded.
