On June 10, 2022, the semi-final of the second Guangzhou State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises Innovation Competition was held. The event was guided by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government, the Guangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, and was hosted by the Guangzhou State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises Innovation Strategic Alliance. It was co-hosted by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Collaborative Innovation Research Institute and the Guangzhou-Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Ho Ying-tung Research Institute. A fierce "innovation challenge" was held at Tower A of Wansheng Plaza in Guangzhou! The "Early Warning and Rescue" AI Platform project submitted by Yuexiu Transportation, led by the company's deputy general manager Zeng Liwen, passed the rigorous tests of the judges in a tense and exciting atmosphere. It advanced from the initial 135 innovative projects through the preliminary review to the semi-finals, and then stood out among the 42 semi-final projects, successfully making it to the final list of the start-up group.

It can achieve intelligent perception and scientific analysis of highways, promptly issue automatic early warnings for abnormal events, and provide efficient rescue for emergencies. This can effectively reduce the occurrence of traffic accidents, improve the efficiency of rescue and handling, minimize the loss of life and property, enhance driving safety and meet people's pursuit of a better travel experience, thus bringing about good economic and social benefits.
