The 2017 Knowledge Management Project Achievement Exhibition of Yuexiu Group kicked off
In recent years, Yuexiu Transportation has actively responded to the requirements of the group's knowledge management work, and has well cooperated to complete the upgrade of the knowledge management system. With the strong support of all departments at the headquarters and affiliated companies, the application of the knowledge management system has been continuously strengthened. In 2016, more than 30 knowledge maps and special topics related to the company's development plans and business management were completed. The production effect has gradually improved, and the knowledge transmission capacity has become rich. It has greatly promoted the knowledge flow and accumulation between the transportation headquarters and its affiliated companies. With the knowledge management work entering a new stage, in 2016, Yuexiu Group's knowledge management work achieved a comprehensive upgrade. Throughout the year, 4,061 knowledge documents were updated, 35 knowledge albums were created, 24 community circles were established, 47 knowledge maps were made, and the Knowledge Star event was successfully held. The "Yuexiu Transportation Panda Bond Issuance Knowledge Map" produced by the Capital Management Department of Yuexiu Transportation won the Group's Best Knowledge Map Award of the Year.
To showcase the rich achievements and representative knowledge reviews made by the group and its affiliated enterprises in knowledge management in recent years, the 2017 Knowledge Management Project Achievement Exhibition of Yuexiu Group officially kicked off on the first floor of the annex building of the International Finance Center from March 27th to April 8th. In this exhibition, the "Yuexiu Transportation Panda Bond Issuance Knowledge Map", which was awarded the title of the Best Knowledge Map of the year, as well as the "Yuexiu Transportation Safety Production Standardization Management Work Guide" produced by the Yuexiu Transportation Operation Management Department and the "Highway Technical Condition Assessment Knowledge Map" produced by the Engineering Technology Department, were successively selected for the Group's 2017 Knowledge Management Project Achievement Exhibition.
Through this achievement exhibition, the group aims to further enhance the attention of each business unit to knowledge management work, continue to pay attention to the dynamics of the group's knowledge management, share, accumulate, apply and recreate knowledge more through the knowledge platform, jointly promote the continuous improvement and optimization of knowledge management work, and boost the release of greater value from knowledge management!
