With the cool breeze of golden autumn and the refreshing fragrance of osmanthus, the 2020 Water Games was jointly held by the Labor Union and General Branch Committee of the Youth League of the Company on August 26th. Various departments and toll stations formed 6 sports teams with more than 100 players participated in this event.
There were three competition events: 'Pull Together (tug-of-war in the water)', 'Happy Brave March(racing in the water)', 'Extreme Challenge(water volleyball)', etc. 2 lifeguards were assigned in each event to ensure the players’ personal safety during the whole process. Despite of the blazing sun hanging in the sky, the players were in high spirits and earnestly warmed up and prepared for the games. The competition in each event was extremely fierce. The players were full of energy and striving hard, and the teammates cheered the players and called out support. The whole event was bustling with noise and excitement. In the end, the Beicun team won the championship in this competition with its outstanding performance, and the sports game came to an end with cheers.
'Nationwide fitness for stronger bodies, concerted effort to fight against the epidemic', this sports game demonstrated the unity, cooperation and coordination abilities of the employees, strengthened the cohesion between various departments and toll stations, and encouraged the employees of the GNSR Expressway to keep moving toward the goal of “continuously surpass expectations and strive for excellence”.
