I. Implications of the model
The implications of the core value are faith (F), trust (T), confidence (C) and credit (C), which are the common requirements for the core value of “always striving to excel” proposed for the enterprise and individuals. Among them:
“Faith” means “striver orientation”, sticking to the goal of “growing into a century-old shop”, and maintaining the passion for “startup, innovation and creation”.
“Credit” is the “integration of responsibility, elaborate works and capital”, and the “grindstone of difficulty, frustration and success”. We advocate the concept that “trust is more important than wealth”.
“Trust” is based on “loyalty, excellence and good performance”, and is the “highest reward for long-tested partners”, where the more one is trusted, the more supervision and self-discipline he/she needs.
“Confidence” is supported by faith, builds on credit and is connected with trust. We should be faithful, credible, trustful to each other and confident in wining.
II. Logic of the model
The core value of “always striving to excel” has a causal relationship with the implications of FTCC, because only the common understanding of FTCC can lead to the outcome of “always striving to excel”.
“Faith” at the head of the flying eagle guides the goals of business and personal development, and is the ideological foundation for pursuing excellence, promoting innovation, making achievements and being fully devoted to work.
“Credit” on one wing of the flying eagle is a competence requirement and judgment criterion for business and personal development in the corporate core value, and the capital theory for development.
“Trust” on the other wing of the flying eagle is a judgment criterion and requirement for the external influence, behavior and outcome of business and personal development in the corporate core value, and the methodology for handling interpersonal, inter-company and individual-company relations, and joining forces properly.
“Confidence” in the body of the flying eagle is a strong power from the deep inside that drives business and personal development to higher levels constantly.
“Having faith, being credible, being trusted and being highly confident” act on and promote one another.
III. Significance of the model
This model helps clarify the implications and internal logic of the corporate core value, and create a common understanding on how to “always strive to excel”.
This model further materializes the corporate core value, and helps communicate the implications of FTCC more effectively.
This model combines the FTCC concept with the corporate logo closely, and helps realize positively interactive cultural and brand communication.
