Yuexiu Transport Infrastructure Limited and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in investment and operation management of toll expressways、bridges and ports in Guangdong Province and other high growth provinces in the People's Republic of China (“PRC”), The Company's substantial shareholder, Guangzhou Yue Xiu Holdings Limited is a state-owned enterprise under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission ('SASAC') of the Guangzhou Municipal People's Government.

There are currently 17 joint-venture and controlled projects, including the Guangzhou North Second Ring Expressway, Guangzhou West Second Ring Expressway, Pachong Hong Kong Ferry Terminal, Humen Bridge, Shantou Bay Bridge, Qinglian Expressway in Guangdong Province; Hanxiao Expressway, Hancai Expressway, Han'e Expressway, Daguangnan Expressway, Suoyue South Expressway in Hubei Province; Weixu Expressway, Lanwei Expressway, Pinglin Expressway in Henan Province; Changzhi Expressway in Hunan Province; Cengyu Expressway in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region; and Shandong Qinbin Expressway in Shandong Province. The total mileage of toll roads is approximately 1,020.2 kilometers.
